This website, sprintingfoodshop.com, presents FoodShop. It is run by Sprinting Retail, part of Sprinting Software, Denmark. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Sprinting Retail is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to foodshop-sales@sprintingretail.com with any question or request about your data.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email, company, job title, number of stores and a message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts the site, and the message is emailed to our sales inbox. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact, and delete them on request.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to count visits and to see which pages, buttons and videos are used. Data is sent to PostHog's EU region. We record the page address without its query string (except campaign tags such as utm_source), the referring site, your browser, device type and approximate country. Your IP address is used to look up the country and then discarded. We do not record what you type, we do not record your screen, and we do not track you on other websites or use the data for advertising.
PostHog keeps analytics data for up to one year on our plan. If you reject or withdraw consent, nothing is collected and the PostHog identifiers in your browser are deleted.
Cookies and similar storage
Necessary, always on: cc_cookie stores your cookie choice for six months. The site also remembers your language in your browser's local storage.
Analytics, only with consent: PostHog sets a cookie and local storage entry whose names start with ph_. They hold a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted, and last up to one year.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Write to foodshop-sales@sprintingretail.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
